Do you check my credit?+
No. We never check your credit. Tech Outpost looks at your bank account and your income. The credit bureaus are never contacted. Nothing will show on your credit report.
What if I get declined?+
We look at your income, not your credit history. Most people with steady pay get approved. If you get a no, it is usually one of two things. Your bank account was below zero that day: wait until payday and try again. Or you use cash advance apps like Earnin or Dave: pay them off, wait 30 days, then try again.
Is the 0% APR real?+
Yes. The rate is 0% APR for all 18 months. No hidden fees. No surprise interest later. The rate never changes.
What exactly does the bank connection do?+
It lets us see your income so we can approve you without a credit check. It is read-only. We never see your bank password. Nothing is stored after we verify.
What happens if I lose my job during financing?+
Tech Outpost will work with you. We can lower or pause your payments. A real person will help you make a plan. You are not on your own.
Can I pay off my PC early?+
Yes. There is no fee or penalty for paying early. Pay it off any time and the monthly payments stop.
What happens if I move during the 18 months?+
Nothing changes. Payments come from your bank account. Moving to a new state does not change your financing or your warranty.
What if my PC breaks?+
Call, text, or email us. We try to fix it with you over the phone first. If we cannot, we pay for return shipping, fix it within 72 hours, and ship it back free. It works the same on day 30 or day 365.
